O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, and I detest all my sins, because of Your just punishments, but most of all because they offend You, My God, Who are all good and deserving of all my love. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, You are the source of every grace and blessing. I adore You and I love You. I offer You all my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day. Help me be humble, patient, pure of heart, and obedient to Your will. Protect me from all danger and harm. Give me health of body and mind. May Your love and peace be always with me. Amen.

My God, I adore You and I love You. I thank You for having created me, for having made me Your child, and for watching over me this day. Forgive me for the sins and faults I have committed this day. Please accept the good I may have done. Watch over me while I sleep and deliver me from all harm. May Your presence and grace be always with me. Amen.

SERENITY PRAYER

God grant me the peace to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Dear God, I spend so much time reliving yesterday or anticipating tomorrow that I lose sight of the only time that is really mine -- the present moment. You give me today one moment at a time.
